DL3C intelligent particle strength and intensity testing machine is an intelligent measuring machine.

It is a new generation. The DL3C model has a great improvement on the electric principle as well as the electric structure which enabled the machine to get a better function.
It is widely used for testing the crushing intensity of ball, strip and cylindrical type material like catalyst, molecular sieve, chemical fertilizer, activated carbon, aluminium phosphide, alumina, adsorbent etc in chemistry, medicine and petroleum fields.
It combined the technology of microcomputer, electronic and machinery, having advantages of high precision, complete function, easy operation and high cost-effective.
It takes a single chip microcomputer as the control unit, high precision force sensor as force testing element, high precision length detecting device as length tester, and precision operational amplifiers to ensure linear processing of analog signals.
The DL3C model machine is capable of data storage, data repeat display and calculation.
If use the intensity testing machine only, then it can display and store the crushing force valve of each sample, then can calculate the average valve, standard deviation, variable coefficient, low intensity percentage and other valves specified in 
     relevant standard.
    The DL3 machine has a stable force increasing speed to ensure the test result to be accurate.
   The intensity testing report can be printed from the specialized printer, the testing data can be transferred to computer for 
   storage and printing.
